Amy Poblenz, DMD, MS
Dr. Poblenz began her orthodontic career in 2013, practicing in Tennessee for three years before returning to her home state of Florida and settling in Jacksonville in 2016. She joined Lazzara Orthodontics in 2020 and quickly became an integral part of the practice.
She believes orthodontics is about far more than straightening teeth. It’s about helping each patient feel confident, supported, and proud of their smile.
Known for her calm, approachable style, Dr. Poblenz creates an experience where patients feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for from the very first visit.
With advanced training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, she has specialized expertise in facial growth and smile development, helping children, teens, and adults achieve healthy, lasting results designed around both appearance and long-term function.
